How come nobody tells you until your am adult and have to go to therapy that the coping mechanisms that you created as a kid will lead to trust issue which leads to isolation which leads to depression. As well as the fact that comparing yourself leads to disbelief in yourself and staying stagnant, unhappy and unfulfilled. In the end your gonna have to have to figure everything out for yourself as a result of these issues and have trouble connecting because others will have the same issues as you but act like they don’t as if they are not human too.
